Meaning
A finite refinement proposal specifies what a finite construction is being asked to realize.
It records the finite demand D, the gauge group’s global form, proposed detectors and sector labels, thick geometric carriers, coefficient lines and band labels, requested fillings, seams, and validity metadata. It is the specification of the problem before a successful physical construction has been supplied.
Example (illustrative)
A proposal might request two overlapping thick regions, a marked detector sector, a comparison on the overlap, and a filling with a stated boundary. Listing these requirements defines the task; it does not construct the operators or the filling.
Scope and limits
No Hamiltonian, complete-ground projection, or positive coercive constant is created by including its name in a proposal.
